BEGINNERS CLASSES

We offer complete beginners a 6-week course for £30. No purchases are necessary as the club has an excellent range of beginners’ training equipment.  At the end of the course beginners may, if they wish, join our club. 

The course, which is run on a Friday evening between 1945 and 2115, is held at our indoor shooting venue during the winter months (Oct - Mar) at Gweek and is available to anyone of twelve years or above.

The next course starts on Friday 20 January 2012 (spaces available)

For those beginners that join the club additional assistance will be given when the club moves outdoors and shoots longer distances.

TASTER SESSIONS 

We hold taster sessions at the club by prior arrangement with your group - Youth Club, Scouts, WI, anyone!

 

These sessions offer complete novices the opportunity to have an archery ‘taster’ - just two hours under the supervision of experienced archer - perhaps as an experiment to see if you would like to do the beginners course, or maybe just as something a bit different for you and your friends to enjoy.

HAVE-A-GO

In addition to pre-booked taster sessions we also offer the opportunity to join as at our club ground or indoor venue on one of our Have-a-Go Sessions where we offer 30 minutes tuition for £5.00. 

 

Children are welcome but must be 10 years of age or over and be accompanied by an adult.

 

You do not have to book, just turn up on the day between 1100 and 1600
